These signs tempt passing consumers with mouth-watering pictures of the cooked beef dishes. The category headings on these signs are the basis for our new approach to merchandising beef.  Each category is color coded to match the other materials.  The larger ironman signs also list the cuts that fall within that area.  Not everyone can use both sizes of signs, but they are great additions to any meat case, even full service.
